You will help ManorHR bring employment workflows, alerts, profiles, and hiring actions into mobile-first experiences.
What you will do

Develop mobile app features for candidate profiles, job discovery, notifications, and workflow actions.
OK
Work with APIs, authentication, push notifications, offline states, and performance optimization.
OK
Collaborate with UI/UX design and backend engineering to deliver polished app experiences.
OK
Support app release workflows, QA, crash monitoring, and continuous product improvement.
What we are looking for
OK
Experience building mobile apps with Flutter, React Native, native Android, or native iOS.
OK
Comfort integrating REST APIs, auth flows, notifications, and state management.
OK
Good eye for mobile UX, performance, accessibility, and device compatibility.
OK
Ability to work across product discovery, implementation, testing, and release cycles.
