You will help ManorHR expand from a product vision into a trusted employment technology brand across regional business communities.
What you will do

Develop regional sales pipelines across employers, agencies, universities, and HR service partners.

Run local marketing campaigns, employer outreach, events, and partnership activation.
OK
Collect market feedback on hiring needs, candidate supply, and product opportunities.
OK
Coordinate with product and leadership teams on positioning, messaging, and growth priorities.
What we are looking for
OK
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, HR services, SaaS, education, or business development.
OK
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
OK
Ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, CRM notes, and regional relationship building.
OK
Comfort working in an early-stage product environment with high ownership.
