What you will do

Define analytics models for hiring funnels, candidate supply, employer demand, and marketplace performance.

Build dashboards, reports, metrics definitions, and data quality checks.
OK
Translate workforce questions into analytical frameworks and decision-ready insight.
OK
Partner with product and engineering to design data capture that supports future intelligence products.
What we are looking for
OK
Strong BI experience with SQL, dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder analysis.
OK
Ability to define metrics, interpret trends, and communicate insight clearly.
OK
Experience with HR, recruitment, marketplace, SaaS, finance, or operations data is valuable.
OK
Comfort working with incomplete early-stage data while building scalable analytics foundations.
