Role impact
You will shape how employers, candidates, recruiters, and HR partners experience the ManorHR ecosystem.
What you will do
OK
Design web and mobile interfaces for marketplaces, dashboards, profile tools, and workflow products.
OK
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interface systems, and developer-ready specifications.
OK
Improve usability across public websites, admin tools, application flows, and product modules.
OK
Work closely with engineering and product leadership to turn complex workflows into clear UX.
What we are looking for
OK
Strong portfolio showing SaaS, marketplace, dashboard, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise product design.
OK
Practical understanding of responsive design, accessibility, information hierarchy, and design systems.
OK
Experience with Figma and handoff workflows for frontend engineering.
OK
Ability to balance clean visual design with operational UX for repeated daily use.
