You will guide the technical foundation for a multi-product HR technology ecosystem.
What you will do
OK
Design architecture for marketplaces, ATS workflows, candidate profiles, analytics, and service modules.
OK
Define engineering standards, integration patterns, data boundaries, and reliability practices.
OK
Review technical decisions across Laravel, APIs, databases, queues, infrastructure, and frontend systems.
OK
Mentor engineers and support product leadership on build-versus-scale tradeoffs.
What we are looking for
OK
Senior experience designing production web platforms, APIs, databases, and modular systems.
OK
Strong Laravel, PHP, SQL, cloud/server, security, and integration architecture experience.
OK
Ability to reason about domain models, multi-tenant growth, observability, and long-term maintainability.
OK
Clear communication with product, business, design, and engineering stakeholders.
